Application Fee

75.00 per New Family applying for admission to St. John’s School.  
*Fee is due with application

Registration Fee
$
75.00 per child (Registration includes Archdiocesan Student Assessment
of Catholic Religion Education, Achievement Testing, Middle States dues
and the Archdiocesan Marketing and Publicity Program and $8.00/student
Archdiocese of Washington Insurance).
*Fee is due at time of Registration.

Instructional Fee
$180.00 per child ($201.48 per child minus $21.48 State Funding)
(Includes but not limited to: instructional materials, textbooks,
manipulatives, technology supplies, consumable supplies and
classroom copying.) *DUE BY 6/7/06.

Medical Support Fee
$30.00 per child (Fee supports part-time Health Room Medical Technician)
* DUE BY 6/7/06.

Home & School Fee

40.00 one child family OR $50.00 multiple children family

Late Fees:  $15.00 after the 7th of the month; $30.00 after the 21st of the month

Financial Aide:
  If a school family is in need of financial help, the family MUST first seek aid through the completion and submission of the Archdiocese of Washington Financial Aid Application available at www.adw.org.  After this process is completed, an appointment will need to be made with the Pastor for approved financial arrangements. Families who have financial arrangements with the Pastor for the current school year MUST renew their agreement with him personally for the upcoming school year.

NOTE:  Incorporated in the Tuition Payment Agreement, all tuition and late fees must be remitted by the end of each month.  Your child/ren will be denied entry into school until payments are paid in full.
