School administration is comprised of the principal and the Pastor. The professional staff is composed of fifteen full time and three part time teachers. Additionally, three teacher-aids, part-time educational consultant, nurse, receptionist, full-time development director, office administrator, and custodian round out the staff, providing student, teacher, and administrative support.
A strong foundation rooted by a common vision supports constant and productive dialogue, enables planning across grade levels and facilitates the annual school-wide cross-curricular event. It has led to the adoption of hands-on programs in math and science.
Teachers participate in collegial teaching projects, perform peer-observations and self-evaluations. The faculty and staff are encouraged to keep abreast of current trends, and to continue to build their portfolios through workshops, conventions and continuing education courses. Many have contributed as teacher trainers or members of curriculum development and accreditation evaluation.
